Privacy policy

This policy explains what G-9 Solar Energy does with the information you give us through this website. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request or book a site survey, we collect the details you type into the form:

• Your name and mobile number
• Your email address and city, if you provide them
• Your property type and approximate monthly electricity bill
• Anything you write in the message field
• The figures shown by the savings calculator, if you requested a quote from it

We also record which part of the page your enquiry came from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call you back, design a system for your roof, prepare a quotation, and assist with subsidy and net metering paperwork if you go ahead. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone other than the parties needed to deliver your installation, such as your electricity distribution company or a finance partner you have asked us to approach.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use it. These set cookies and record anonymised usage data such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. They do not receive the contents of the enquiry form. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker without affecting the rest of the site.

The only cookie we set ourselves is a sign-in cookie on our internal dashboard, which visitors never encounter.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in a Supabase database and are accessible only to G-9 Solar Energy staff through a password-protected dashboard. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our warranty and tax obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email g9solarenergy@gmail.com or call +91 93406 24808 and we will act on it. If you would rather we stopped contacting you, say so and we will close the enquiry.
